We purchase our "US rib roast" directly from a meat wholesaler and cook it right in front of our customers until it's crispy on the outside and rare on the inside.Heat it on a hot plate and enjoy it at your preferred doneness. You can also increase or decrease the amount in 100g increments.Please enjoy it!!
